Work Preparer
Piping and Mechanical Maintenance

In our friendly team of approximately 15 individuals, comprising both men and women, the focus lies on expertise in work preparation, estimation, and cost control for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and food industries, as well as the (renewable) energy sector. Our clients include asset owners, contractors, and investors, for whom we provide tailored solutions.

Our assignments range from implementing our own Work Preparation Program PRIQS to supporting the maintenance organization at our client’s site.


This will be your task

  • Responsible for work preparation in a maintenance organization.
  • Projects mainly involve preparing pipeline construction projects and installing mechanical and static equipment.
  • You will closely collaborate with the team to prepare projects.
  • The tasks can be performed at our office in Tynaarlo, remotely, or on-site at our client’s location.
  • With your expertise, you will help our team successfully acquire and execute other projects.

Skills and attributes you bring to the role

  • Several years of experience in preparing maintenance activities for pipelines and mechanical equipment. We’re also open to speaking with supervisors or foremen ready to take the next step.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field of Piping such as PED, NOBO, inspections, and certifications.
  • Understanding of quality requirements for piping and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with work preparation software and MS Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
